1 Introduction & Eligibility
Welcome to Frespin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Frespin platform and all its services. By registering or using the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted all of these Terms.
Frespin is an online gaming platform offering casino, slots, betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. All operations are conducted under an international gaming license.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Warning: If any irregularity is found during age verification, Frespin reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and forfeit all winnings.
3 Account Registration & Security
When registering with Frespin, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Please keep the following in mind:
- Password Security: Keep your Frespin account password strictly confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
- Account Transfer: Transferring or selling your Frespin account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport.
- Information Updates: If your contact details change, notify Frespin Support right away.
- Unauthorized Access: If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Frespin Support immediately.
Frespin uses 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your account secure. However, you are responsible for the safety of your own device and password.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Frespin:
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
- Withdrawal Timeframe: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1–4 hours.
- Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw to bKash.
- KYC Verification: KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals of BDT 10,000 or more.
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Please Note: Frespin never charges extra fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
Frespin reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for verification in cases of suspicious transactions. Frespin follows international AML policies to prevent money laundering.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
The following terms apply to all bonus and promotional offers on Frespin:
- Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus plus 100 free spins on their first deposit. This bonus applies one time only.
- Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus amount can be withdrawn. Typically, you are required to wager 30–40 times the bonus amount.
- Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a specific expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Game Restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific games. Full terms for each bonus will be listed alongside the relevant offer.
- Bonus Abuse: If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, Frespin reserves the right to suspend the account.
- Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is BDT 500.
Please Note: Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.
6 Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when playing games on the Frespin platform:
- RNG Fairness: All games on Frespin use a third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Every outcome is completely random and unbiased.
- Technical Issues: If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, Frespin will make every effort to refund the wager for that round.
- Betting Limits: Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which will be clearly displayed in the game interface.
- Software Fraud: The use of bots, automation software, or hacking tools of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Game History: All game results are stored on Frespin servers. In the event of a dispute, server logs will be considered final.

7 Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently suspend your own account at any time.
- Reality Check: Periodic reminders about session time and spending will be shown during gaming sessions.
- Minor Protection: Use parental control software on your device to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Frespin. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

- Bonus Fraud: Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money from illegal sources through Frespin.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Software Manipulation: Use of any bots, scripts, or hacking tools.
- Abusive Behavior: Abusive language or behavior toward Support staff or other users.

10 Account Suspension & Termination
Frespin reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms will result in
- In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering
- If multiple accounts or identity fraud are confirmed,
- If identified as a minor
- If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
You can also contact Support at any time to request account closure. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
Inactive Accounts: If your account remains inactive for 12 months, Frespin may deduct a monthly maintenance fee. You will be notified in advance by email.
11 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between Frespin and a user will be resolved through the following process:
- Step One: Please reach out directly to our Support team to resolve the issue.
- Step Two: If Support is unable to resolve your issue, submit a formal complaint — a response will be provided within 7 business days.
- Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be settled through an independent mediator.
In all disputes, Frespin's server logs, game history, and transaction records will serve as the definitive evidence.
12 Changes to Terms
Frespin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified by email before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
